Manufacturing & Quality
Where are your research compounds manufactured?
All compounds are manufactured in the United States by a domestic contract manufacturing partner operating under documented quality management systems. We do not source finished product from overseas suppliers.
What quality standards does your manufacturing partner follow?
Our manufacturing partner operates under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles, meaning production processes, documentation, and quality controls follow established written procedures with batch-level record keeping. GMP principles govern how a compound is produced and controlled for consistency.
Are your compounds FDA-approved?
No. All Noxa Labs products are research-use-only compounds. They are not FDA-approved for human or animal consumption, and they are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. FDA facility registration, where applicable, does not constitute FDA approval or endorsement of any facility or product.
What purity specification do your compounds meet?
Each released batch must meet a minimum specification of 99% purity as measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Batches that do not meet specification are not released.
How is purity verified?
A representative sample from each production batch undergoes HPLC analysis by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent third-party laboratory. Noxa Labs does not perform its own release testing. The laboratory issues a Certificate of Analysis for the tested batch.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by the testing laboratory reporting the analytical results for a specific production batch. It includes HPLC purity results, batch identification, and laboratory certification.
Can I see a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Batch COAs are published on our Certificates of Analysis page. To request the COA matching a specific batch you received, contact us with your order number and batch number.
How consistent is purity between batches?
Every batch is tested against the same 99% HPLC purity specification before release, so released batches meet a consistent minimum standard. Analytical results for each batch are reported on that batch’s Certificate of Analysis.
Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship?
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance. Compounds are packaged to maintain stability in transit.
What are your shipping costs?
Flat rate $20 shipping on orders under $300. Free shipping on orders of $300 or more. US addresses only.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday, generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time ship the next business day. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.
How long does delivery take?
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–4 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
What if my package does not arrive?
Contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with USPS. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund the order.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. Confirmed transit damage is resolved by reshipment or refund.
How are orders packaged?
Orders ship in plain, unlabeled outer packaging with no description of contents visible on the exterior. Tracking notifications are sent by email only.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship to United States addresses only.
Storage & Handling
How should lyophilized compounds be stored?
Store lyophilized (freeze-dried) material in a cool, dry environment protected from light. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. For short-term storage, store at 2–8°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
How long do compounds remain stable?
Stored frozen at -20°C, lyophilized compounds generally remain stable for extended periods. Once reconstituted, material should be held at 2–8°C. Stability is dependent on storage conditions, diluent, and laboratory handling practices.
What if I cannot move a shipment to cold storage immediately?
Lyophilized material tolerates ambient temperature for short periods. Move material to refrigerated or frozen storage as soon as practical.
Should compounds be reconstituted on receipt?
No. Lyophilized material is more stable than reconstituted material. Reconstitute only the quantity required for immediate laboratory use.
Reconstitution & Laboratory Preparation
How is a lyophilized compound reconstituted?
Introduce diluent slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the lyophilized cake. Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not agitate or shake. Use sterile transfer equipment. Our Reconstitution Calculator computes working concentration and aliquot volume.
What is bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic agent. It is a common diluent for reconstituting lyophilized research compounds in laboratory settings. Bacteriostatic water is available in our catalog as a laboratory reagent.
How do I calculate working concentration?
Use the Reconstitution Calculator. Enter the vial contents in milligrams and the diluent volume added; the calculator returns final concentration in mg/mL and the corresponding aliquot volume. This tool is a laboratory preparation aid and does not constitute dosing guidance or a recommendation for administration.
What measurement equipment is used for aliquoting?
Graduated syringes are commonly used for accurate small-volume transfer in laboratory settings, typically 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL, or 1.0 mL. Selection depends on the working concentration and the aliquot volume required by the research protocol. All transfer equipment should be sterile and single-use.

How do the compounds differ from one another?
Each compound is a distinct molecular entity with its own structure, molecular weight, solubility characteristics, and body of published literature. Individual product pages list molecular specifications and reference published research. Noxa Labs does not characterize any compound by expected outcome or effect.
Can you recommend which compound I should purchase?
No. Noxa Labs supplies research compounds and analytical documentation only. We cannot recommend a compound for any individual purpose, and we cannot provide guidance regarding human or animal use. We can provide molecular specifications, purity data, and Certificates of Analysis to support your own evaluation.
Do you offer multi-compound bundles?
Yes. Selected compounds are available as multi-item bundles at a volume discount. Bundles are packaging and pricing conveniences only and do not constitute a recommended combination, regimen, or protocol.
Do compounds go out of stock?
Occasionally. Batches are produced on a scheduled basis and popular compounds may have limited inventory. Contact us for lead times on a specific compound.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor. Full card numbers are not stored on Noxa Labs servers.
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are processed on receipt and an email confirmation is sent. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Arizona time on a business day generally ship the same day.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
If the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will attempt to modify or cancel it. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Can I return a product?
No. All sales are final. Exceptions are limited to incorrect products shipped or documented transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Do you offer volume pricing?

Compliance & Legal
What does “research use only” mean?
Research use only (RUO) means the compound is supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research. RUO compounds are not approved for human or animal consumption and are not approved for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. Purchasers are responsible for using the material only for lawful research purposes.
Are these products safe for human use?
These products are not intended for human use and are not approved for human use. Noxa Labs makes no representations regarding safety, efficacy, or suitability for any human or animal application.
Can I purchase these for personal use?
No. Noxa Labs sells to qualified research purchasers only and does not engage in consumer retail sales for personal use. Direct any questions regarding personal health to a licensed healthcare provider.
Who is eligible to purchase?
Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must confirm that materials are being acquired for laboratory or analytical research purposes and not for human consumption, clinical administration, or resale to consumers. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
How is my personal information handled?
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers — including payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting and analytics providers — as described in our Privacy Policy.

10+ vials: 15% off. 25+ vials: 20% off. 50+ vials: 25% off. Custom pricing is available for orders of 100+ vials per month.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale?
Yes. Wholesale pricing begins at 10 vials. Orders below that quantity are priced at standard catalog rates.
What do wholesale accounts include?
Dedicated account contact, priority order processing, reserved inventory on approved compounds, Net 30 terms for established accounts, and batch documentation for every order.
