Verify component specifications against batch COA. Confirm whether the TB-500 component is the 7-residue fragment or full-length Tβ4.

Why These Two Compounds Are Supplied Together

BPC-157 and TB-500 have no structural relationship. One is a complete 15-residue synthetic sequence; the other is a 7-residue excerpt from a 43-residue protein. They share no sequence homology and no common origin. This blend exists because that separation is the design, not despite it.

The practical consequence worth understanding is the mass-to-molarity mismatch. The 1:1 ratio here is by mass, not by molar quantity. BPC-157’s molecular weight is roughly 1.6 times TB-500’s, which means 10mg of each does not yield equal numbers of molecules — a 10mg portion of TB-500 contains approximately 60% more molecules than a 10mg portion of BPC-157. Anyone designing around molar concentration rather than mass needs to account for that; anyone working from the mass figures alone will not see it.

This distinguishes the blend from GLOW 70mg, where the same two compounds appear alongside GHK-Cu in a deliberately unequal 50:10:10 mass ratio chosen to compensate for a far larger molecular weight disparity. The two blends represent different approaches to the same problem, which is why both exist.

Handling & Storage

Lyophilized material is stable at 2–8°C when sealed and shielded from light. For storage beyond several months, -20°C is preferred.

Introduce bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial. Swirl gently until fully dissolved; do not shake or vortex.

Both components dissolve readily and at broadly comparable rates — the length disparity here is modest compared with blends containing sequences of very different sizes. Confirm the vial is completely clear before any transfer.

Once in solution, store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. A 20mg vial reconstituted with 4mL of bacteriostatic water yields 5mg/mL total peptide concentration.

Purity & Testing

Each component is verified separately to ≥99% purity prior to combination, and the finished blend is verified again. Certificates of Analysis are available for any lot; contact us with your order number.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is in this blend?
BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg), totaling 20mg in a single vial.

Is the 1:1 ratio by mass or by molarity?
By mass. Because the two differ in molecular weight, equal masses do not contain equal numbers of molecules — the TB-500 portion contains roughly 60% more.

How does this differ from GLOW 70mg?
GLOW contains both of these compounds plus GHK-Cu, in a 50:10:10 mass ratio chosen to compensate for a much larger molecular weight spread.

Are the components identical to the single-compound vials?
Yes. Same material, same synthesis, pre-combined.
